Roti Telur Cheese Meleleh – Snek Ringkas Paling Padu

Menu ringkas ni memang sesuai untuk sarapan atau minum petang. Bila cheese cair leleh atas roti panas, confirm puas hati!

Bahan-bahan:

  • 2 keping roti
  • 1 biji telur
  • 1 keping keju (cheddar / mozzarella)
  • 1 sudu besar susu cair (optional – bagi lemak)
  • Garam & serbuk lada hitam secukup rasa
  • Sedikit butter atau minyak

Cara-cara:

  1. Pukul telur bersama susu, garam dan lada hitam.
  2. Celup roti dalam campuran telur.
  3. Panaskan kuali, letak sedikit butter/minyak.
  4. Letak 1 keping roti, susun cheese di tengah, tutup dengan keping roti kedua.
  5. Masak kedua-dua belah hingga garing & cheese cair.
  6. Siap dihidang panas-panas!

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp evaporated milk (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper

Steps:

  1. Beat the egg with milk, salt & pepper.
  2. Dip both bread slices into the egg mix.
  3. Heat pan with butter/oil.
  4. Place one bread slice, add cheese, then cover with second slice.
  5. Cook both sides until golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
