Nasi goreng sardin ni antara menu paling senang nak buat bila tak cukup bahan tapi nak rasa power. Pedas, masin, ada rasa lemak sardin – confirm puas hati!

Bahan-bahan:

  • 1 pinggan nasi sejuk
  • 1/2 tin sardin (lenyek kasar)
  • 1 biji telur
  • 2 ulas bawang putih – cincang
  • 1 biji bawang merah – hiris
  • 3 biji cili padi – ketuk
  • Kicap manis & garam secukup rasa
  • Minyak untuk menumis

Cara-cara:

  1. Tumis bawang putih, bawang merah & cili padi sampai naik bau.
  2. Pecahkan telur, kacau sampai separuh masak.
  3. Masukkan sardin, kacau rata.
  4. Masukkan nasi, kicap & garam. Gaul hingga sebati.
  5. Siap untuk dihidang!

Ingredients:

  • 1 plate of cold rice
  • 1/2 can sardines (roughly mashed)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic – minced
  • 1 shallot – sliced
  • 3 bird’s eye chilies – crushed
  • Sweet soy sauce & salt
  • Cooking oil

Steps:

  1. Sauté garlic, shallot & chilies until fragrant.
  2. Add egg, stir until half cooked.
  3. Add sardines and mix well.
  4. Add rice, soy sauce & salt. Stir everything together.
  5. Ready to serve!
