- 1 cawan tepung gandum
- 1 biji bawang besar – hiris nipis
- 1 batang daun kucai – potong pendek (optional)

- Minyak untuk menggoreng
Cara-cara:
- Campurkan semua bahan dalam mangkuk.
- Masukkan air sikit-sikit, kacau hingga jadi adunan likat.
- Panaskan minyak, sudukan adunan ke dalam minyak panas.
- Goreng hingga keemasan & rangup.
- Toskan & siap untuk dihidang!
Tips:
- Nak lebih rangup? Tambah 1 sudu besar tepung beras.
- Boleh campur ikan bilis atau jagung kalau suka.
