Ikan Goreng Kunyit Berkuah – Lauk Malam Mudah & Menyelerakan

Kadang-kadang kita nak lauk malam yang ringkas tapi masih berkuah & menyedapkan nasi panas. Resepi ni memang senang, jimat & sedap dimakan seisi keluarga.

Bahan-bahan:

  • 2 ekor ikan kembung / selar – digoreng
  • 1 biji bawang besar – hiris bulat
  • 2 ulas bawang putih – ketuk
  • 1 inci halia – hiris
  • 1 batang serai – dititik
  • 1 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
  • 1 cawan air
  • Garam & serbuk perasa
  • Minyak untuk menumis

Cara-cara:

  1. Goreng ikan hingga garing, ketepikan.
  2. Tumis bawang, bawang putih, halia & serai sampai naik bau.
  3. Masukkan kunyit & air. Biarkan mendidih.
  4. Masukkan garam & serbuk perasa.
  5. Masukkan ikan goreng, biar meresap dalam kuah 2-3 minit.
  6. Siap untuk dihidang!

Ingredients:

  • 2 mackerel or any small fish – fried
  • 1 onion – sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic – crushed
  • 1 inch ginger – sliced
  • 1 stalk lemongrass – bruised
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt & seasoning powder
  • Cooking oil

Steps:

  1. Fry the fish until golden and crispy. Set aside.
  2. Sauté onion, garlic, ginger & lemongrass until fragrant.
  3. Add turmeric and water. Let it boil.
  4. Add salt and seasoning.
  5. Add the fried fish into the gravy for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Ready to serve!
