Lempeng kelapa ni memang sesuai untuk sarapan cepat & bajet. Cuma guna bahan ringkas, rasa dia tetap padu!
Bahan-bahan:
- 1 cawan kelapa parut (putih sahaja)
- 1 cawan tepung gandum
- ½ cawan air
- ½ sudu kecil garam
- Sedikit minyak untuk sapu kuali
Cara-cara:
- Campur semua bahan dan kacau sebati.
- Panaskan kuali, sapu sedikit minyak.
- Cedok adunan dan leperkan atas kuali.
- Masak api perlahan, biar garing luar & lembut dalam.
- Siap dihidang dengan sambal atau gula!
Tips:
- Nak lagi wangi? Campur sikit susu cair atau santan.

This pancake is perfect for a quick and cheap breakfast. Few ingredients, yet so delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup grated coconut (white part only)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp salt
- A bit of oil for the pan
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients until smooth.
- Heat the pan, lightly grease with oil.
- Pour batter and flatten it into a round shape.
- Cook on low heat until crispy outside, soft inside.
- Serve with sambal or sugar!
Tips:
- Want it creamier? Add a little evaporated milk or coconut milk.
