Bahan-bahan:
- 2 biji kentang – parut halus, toskan air
- 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
- 1 biji bawang besar – cincang
- 1 biji telur
- Garam, serbuk perasa & lada sulah secukupnya
- Minyak untuk menggoreng
Cara-cara:
- Campurkan semua bahan dalam mangkuk.
- Gaul rata hingga sebati, jangan terlalu cair.
- Panaskan minyak, sudukan adunan ke dalam kuali.
- Goreng hingga keemasan & garing.
- Toskan minyak & sedia untuk dihidang!

Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes – finely grated, drained
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 onion – chopped
- 1 egg
- Salt, seasoning powder & white pepper
- Oil for frying
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir until well combined, batter shouldn’t be too runny.
- Heat oil, spoon batter into pan.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain excess oil and serve hot!
