Cucur Kentang Rangup – Luar Garing, Dalam Lembut / Crispy Potato Fritters – Golden Outside, Soft Inside

Cucur ni mudah sangat nak buat & confirm laku masa minum petang. Kentang parut campur tepung & bawang — rasa dia memang sedap dan crunchy!

Bahan-bahan:

  • 2 biji kentang – parut halus, toskan air
  • 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
  • 1 biji bawang besar – cincang
  • 1 biji telur
  • Garam, serbuk perasa & lada sulah secukupnya
  • Minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara-cara:

  1. Campurkan semua bahan dalam mangkuk.
  2. Gaul rata hingga sebati, jangan terlalu cair.
  3. Panaskan minyak, sudukan adunan ke dalam kuali.
  4. Goreng hingga keemasan & garing.
  5. Toskan minyak & sedia untuk dihidang!

Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes – finely grated, drained
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 onion – chopped
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, seasoning powder & white pepper
  • Oil for frying

Steps:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Stir until well combined, batter shouldn’t be too runny.
  3. Heat oil, spoon batter into pan.
  4. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain excess oil and serve hot!
