Ayam Masak Bali – Resepi Pedas, Manis & Wangi Rempah

Ayam masak Bali ni memang lain sikit dari biasa. Kuah dia pekat, pedas manis, dan penuh dengan rasa bawang serta rempah tumis – memang makan bertambah!

Bahan-bahan:

  • 5 ketul ayam – digoreng separuh masak
  • 2 biji bawang besar – kisar
  • 3 ulas bawang putih – kisar
  • 1 inci halia – kisar
  • 3 sudu cili kisar
  • 2 sudu sos tiram
  • 2 sudu kicap manis
  • 1 sudu gula perang (atau gula biasa)
  • Garam, serbuk perasa
  • Minyak untuk menumis

Cara-cara:

  1. Tumis bahan kisar sampai naik bau & pecah minyak.
  2. Masukkan cili kisar, tumis lagi sampai garing.
  3. Tambah sos tiram, kicap, gula & garam.
  4. Masukkan ayam, gaul rata sampai sebati & kuah pekat.
  5. Siap dihidang dengan nasi panas!

Balinese Chicken – Spicy, Sweet & Aromatic Recipe

This version of chicken is rich in flavour, combining spiciness and sweetness with a strong aroma of sautéed onions and spices. It’s perfect with hot rice!

Ingredients:

  • 5 pieces chicken – half-fried
  • 2 large onions – blended
  • 3 garlic cloves – blended
  • 1 inch ginger – blended
  • 3 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (or white sugar)
  • Salt, seasoning powder
  • Oil for frying

Steps:

  1. Sauté blended ingredients until fragrant and oil separates.
  2. Add chili paste and continue frying until well-cooked.
  3. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
  4. Add chicken, mix until well coated and sauce thickens.
  5. Serve hot with white rice!
