Petai ni memang tak semua orang suka, tapi bagi peminat dia – memang wajib ada! Telur dadar petai ni sedap dimakan dengan nasi panas & sambal belacan.
Bahan-bahan:
- 2 biji telur
- 1/4 cawan petai – belah dua
- 1/2 biji bawang merah – hiris
- 1 biji cili merah – hiris
- Garam & serbuk perasa
- Minyak untuk menggoreng
Cara-cara:
- Pecahkan telur, campur semua bahan & kacau rata.
- Panaskan minyak, goreng telur sampai bahagian tepi garing.
- Balikkan & goreng bahagian satu lagi.
- Angkat & tos minyak. Hidang panas-panas!

Love it or hate it, petai (stinky beans) brings serious flavour. This crispy omelette is best served hot with rice and sambal!
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup petai – halved
- 1/2 red onion – sliced
- 1 red chili – sliced
- Salt & seasoning powder
- Oil for frying
Steps:
- Crack eggs, mix all ingredients together.
- Heat oil, pour mixture and fry until edges are crispy.
- Flip and cook the other side.
- Drain and serve hot with rice!
