  • 1 cawan tepung gandum
  • 1 biji bawang besar – hiris nipis
  • 1 batang daun kucai – potong pendek (optional)
  • 1/2 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
  • Garam secukup rasa
  • Air secukupnya (agak-agak likat)
  • Minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara-cara:

  1. Campurkan semua bahan dalam mangkuk.
  2. Masukkan air sikit-sikit, kacau hingga jadi adunan likat.
  3. Panaskan minyak, sudukan adunan ke dalam minyak panas.
  4. Goreng hingga keemasan & rangup.
  5. Toskan & siap untuk dihidang!

Tips:

  • Nak lebih rangup? Tambah 1 sudu besar tepung beras.
  • Boleh campur ikan bilis atau jagung kalau suka.
