Nak masak lauk tengah hari yang senang tapi tetap padu? Ayam masak kicap ni memang favourite ramai — confirm licin pinggan!

Bahan-bahan:

  • 5 ketul ayam – digoreng separuh masak
  • 1 biji bawang besar – hiris
  • 3 ulas bawang putih – cincang
  • 1 inci halia – hiris
  • 3 sudu besar kicap manis
  • 1 sudu kecil sos tiram
  • ½ sudu kecil garam & gula
  • 1 cawan air
  • Cili merah (untuk hiasan)

Cara-cara:

  1. Tumis bawang putih, bawang besar & halia sampai naik bau.
  2. Masukkan ayam goreng, kacau rata.
  3. Masukkan kicap, sos tiram, air, garam & gula.
  4. Reneh 5-10 minit sampai kuah pekat.
  5. Siap! Hidang dengan nasi panas.

Steps:

  1. Sauté garlic, onion & ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add fried chicken, stir well.
  3. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, salt & sugar.
  4. Simmer 5–10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Serve with hot rice!
